What is your procedure on processing orders for shipment?
Our goal is to process all orders the same day they are received up until UPS pick up time at 4:00 p.m. EST. Our normal business hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST. Orders received after hours, weekends, and holidays are processed the next business day. A tracking number will be sent to the email address provided to confirm shipping.

WHAT IS YOUR FREIGHT POLICY?
Fire Hose Nozzles Direct will pay the shipping / freight costs on all orders shipped within the continental (48 states) United States. Small package ground service is provided by UPS (United Parcel Service). Larger and / or heavier orders will be shipped via motor carriers providing the best service to a particular area. Air and / or expedited orders will be shipped per customer instructions and at the buyer’s expense. Alaska and Hawaii orders will be shipped per customer instructions at the buyer’s expense, Fire Hose Nozzles Direct does have accounts with carriers and forwarders for those states. (Ship to Hawaii / Ship to Alaska)
WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
To the extent permitted by law, Fire Hose Nozzles Direct will extend to you the manufacturer’s limited warranty received by Fire Hose Nozzles Direct. In addition to the manufacturer’s limited warranty (Five (5) Years from Date of Purchase), Fire Hose Nozzles Direct provides an extended warranty for an additional Five (5) years from the Date of Purchase. Our obligation under this warranty is specifically limited to replacing or repairing any equipment or parts which are shown by our examination to be in a defective condition. Warrantor shall have no obligation under this limited warranty if the equipment is, or has been, misused or neglected (including failure to provide reasonable maintenance) or if there have been accidents to the equipment or if it has been repaired or altered by someone else. WHAT IF I NEED PRODUCT REPAIRED?
We offer factory trained technicians to service and repair all products we sell at Fire Hose Nozzles Direct. Whether its warranty repair work or product that is damaged in use, we can service and repair and return into service in a timely manner. We also offer service kits for in house repairs. Please contact us at 833-476-3569 to receive a Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) before you send to us. We will provide a quote on all damage or non-warranty repair work before we begin.
